If you haven’t heard of Dr. Alex Cross, you aren’t a true fan of detective fiction. The celebrated oscar-winning Hollywood actor Morgan Freeman played his character in the films “Kiss the Girls” and “Along Came a Spider“. Both these movies were based on the Alex Cross novels by James Patterson. Among other Patterson Novels, detective Alex Cross features in “Jack and Jill“, “Violets are Blue“, and “The Big Bad Wolf“!
Note: Morgan Freeman won his academy award for his role in the film “Million Dollar Baby.”

I gotta tell ya that Gram loves Morgan Freeman and while Million Dollar Baby sure made ‘er cry at the end….it was a fantastic movie…..we did see both of the movies where he plays Alex Cross…..that James Patterson really writes scary books….Gram has read a bunch of ‘em too…..but I would much rather have ‘er playin’ ball with me than readin’ books any day……bet Alex saw those 2 bugs long before any damage was done…..’n made ‘em behave…..fer sure….
Oh yeah…and Mercury…..great likeness of Morgan Freeman……excellent job !!!!!

Hi Dewey,
Thanks for your comment.
I too am a Morgan Freeman fan:) I’ve watched “Kiss the Girls” and I like to see him in the role of Alex Cross. I am working on the caricature of Bruce Willis now.
W. Regards,
