The Evolution of a Caricaturist

The book is more than halfway through (about two-thirds,) and I should say that it wouldn’t have made it this far if it weren’t for your support. When you visit this blog, view the caricatures, read the book, and communicate with me; you inspire me to draw another caricature, or to write another chapter of the book. Thank you my dear visitors, friends, and readers – for helping me make this book happen.

The next two caricatures to appear on this blog are…

Would you care to guess?
Here are the clues:
1. Curious anatomists weighed his brain when he died. Who was he?
2. He explained why we are so down-to-earth! Who was he?

I shall await your answers:)

I have seen the descendent of the apple tree in the Botanical garden in Cambridge; can’t wait to see it become astronomically challenged!

  2. Viv’s right.
Coming up next is Sir Isaac Newton whose apple tree is going on a space-trip.

Viv n Dewey are both right about Einstein being the other celebrity whose caricature would grace this blog.

  3. Geez Mercury…..are ya gonna draw Albert Einstein the man who gave us the theory of relativity ? I had Gram look ’em up in Wikipedia cause he came right inta my mind. Here’s what they said about his death…..
    Death

Einstein’s residence in PrincetonOn 17 April 1955, Albert Einstein experienced internal bleeding caused by the rupture of an abdominal aortic aneurysm, which had previously been reinforced surgically by Dr. Rudolph Nissen in 1948.[33] He took the draft of a speech he was preparing for a television appearance commemorating the State of Israel’s seventh anniversary with him to the hospital, but he did not live long enough to complete it.[34] Einstein refused surgery, saying: “I want to go when I want. It is tasteless to prolong life artificially. I have done my share, it is time to go. I will do it elegantly.”[35] He died in Princeton Hospital early the next morning at the age of 76, having continued to work until near the end. Einstein’s remains were cremated and his ashes were scattered around the grounds of the Institute for Advanced Study, Princeton, New Jersey.[36][37] During the autopsy, the pathologist of Princeton Hospital, Thomas Stoltz Harvey removed Einstein’s brain for preservation, without the permission of his family, in hope that the neuroscience of the future would be able to discover what made Einstein so intelligent.[38]

Seems like they took out his brain…..which is kinda creepy but not that they weighed it….but Gram bein pretty ancient may have heard that some time ago…who knows what old people remember…..certainly not what they walked down inta the basement for……..yep…after ya come back up 3 times and go back again fer the same thing ya fergot……ya think ya would give up. Give ‘er an “A” fer effort !!!!!
